Who we are
A family-run alternative to a care home.
We're Diane and Rob, a mother and son team, and we've been placing live-in carers across the South East for more than ten years. Diane is a retired mental health nurse and has been our registered manager since 2011.
A live-in carer lives in your loved ones home and helps with washing, dressing, meals and medication. They help them get about, keep them company, and they're there through the night. Your relative stays in their own home, with their own things, living life on their own terms.
Many of our carers drive
Most hold a licence and can be insured to drive your relative's car to appointments, the shops, or out for the day. If you need a carer with their own car, tell us early. We have fewer of those.
Pay as you go
You pay for the care you receive and nothing more. No long contracts. Whenever you stop your care the invoices stop as well.
Vetted by us, chosen by you
Every carer has a DBS check, references and the right to work in the UK, and is fully trained. Then you choose your carer from a shortlist — a rota is never decided for you.
Care can start within a day if it's urgent
Most families prefer to take a little longer so we can find the right carer and fit around their plans. Either way, we start with a free visit to your home.

We can help with Dementia Care, home-from-hospital setups, companionship and support for a variety of disabilities.
A Live-in Carer can take over the running of the household, this takes a tremendous amount of pressure off the Client and enables them to enjoy more important aspects of their life.
Often our Clients will already have a list of chores and tasks for the Carer to complete. However we can also help write a Care Plan for you at during an Assessment.
Our carers are trained in Dementia Care and moving and handling and meet all the core requirements for full-time caregiving.
