Who we are
A family-run alternative to care homes.
We're Diane and Rob, a family team, and we've been placing live-in carers across the South East for more than ten years. Diane is a retired mental health nurse and has been the registered manager of our Home Care service since 2011. We have used our experience in visiting home care to provide the best Live-in service we can.
A live-in carer lives in your loved one’s home and helps with washing, dressing, meals and medication. They help them get about, keep them company, and they're there through the night. This takes away the added strain of caring for a loved one and gives families peace of mind that things are being handled at home.
We are a small team
As a local company we tend to have fewer clients on our books, so we know every client and carer by name, and you only ever speak to one or two people at the office.
Pay as you go
Things can change quickly with an elderly parent, so there's no long contract. You pay week by week, and when the care stops, the invoices stop as well.
Checked by us and chosen by you
Every carer has a DBS check, references and up-to-date training. Most have been with us for years, so we know them well. After the home visit we'll send you two or three profiles, and take it from there.
Free face to face assessment
One of us always comes to meet new clients at home, free and with no obligation. So when you ring, you're talking to someone you have met.
Trained for medical needs
All of our carers are trained in dementia care, moving and handling, and medication.
You stay in touch
The Care Circle app sends you a daily update straight from your carer, so you know how the day has gone.

Dad came out of hospital far frailer than expected and we needed cover quickly. Nic had a carer in place within days, and the handover was seamless. Knowing someone is there overnight has taken an enormous weight off the whole family.
We cannot thank you enough for everything you did for our mum. Right from the start, Nicky from Lillyfields was so easy to work with. Just the right balance of informal and friendly yet at the same time very professional. We have been using Lillyfields Live-in care for about 18 months. Lillyfields has provided a few different carers during this time to cover breaks for our regular carer. Of course, some carers have worked better than others, but all have been professional and kind, and most of all have been a friend to both mum and dad. They have provided a safe environment for my parents. This was to look after both my parents. My Dad passed away about 6 months ago after having struggled with dementia. And we still have the same carer looking after my Mum. It was important for my parents and for us that they stay in their own home for as long as possible. Lillyfields facilitated this and gave us peace of mind knowing that they are safe and looked after.
Lillyfields have provided an excellent service to my Mother. We have used large live-in care companies in the past, and it was quite refreshing to use a smaller company this time. Nic came out to meet us at the home before introducing some carers for us to choose from. And the carer we have has been great.
Lillyfields Live-In Care have provided excellent care for my elderly mother for the last few months, their appointed carer Tracey is kind, caring, reliable and attentive, in not the easiest of circumstances for her to manage. We children are all very appreciative. The back office administration is also handled well. I would highly recommend based on our experience.

Very thoughtful, kind carers who have been with my father in law for two years now. They provide home cooked food every day, with plenty of variety and patiently help with feeding and personal care. The manager has always been available even at weekends and emergency cover always provided despite challenging conditions sometimes. When circumstances are difficult, we have been able to talk through options.
We have received excellent service from Lillyfields. Our regular carer had to leave on short notice and Lillyfields filled the gap while she was away. I would recommend them if you are looking for full time care.

I called Lillyfields 5pm on a Friday when our original carer went off sick and our previous care agency could not provide cover in time. Lillyfields managed to get a carer to my Mum's house by 10pm that night and one of their managers came to the house first thing Monday morning to set up the agreements and do an assessment. I highly recommend this service to anyone requiring 24 hour support.
We got in touch with Lillyfields for our son who has a brain injury, they helped us by getting an appropriate carer with relevant experience of the right age.

£1,155 to £1,330per week
The figure is set after the home visit and confirmed in writing. It doesn't climb if your relative's needs change later, beyond that ceiling.

Alice
From us
Alice started as a nursing auxiliary in the NHS, on hospital wards and out with the district nurses, and has been a live-in carer since 2013. One of her placements was a couple who wanted to stay in their own home to the end, and with Alice they did. She cooks properly, keeps the house running, and keeps the GP and the family in the loop.

Brenda
From us
Brenda has more than twenty years in care, in nursing homes, home care and live-in, and a degree in Health and Social Welfare to go with it. Most of her live-in work has been with older people with mild dementia: personal care, meals, medication, appointments and trips out to the garden centre. She has also worked alongside a husband caring for his wife with MS.

Adrienn

Adrienn was a primary school teacher and librarian in Hungary before she came into care, and it shows: she's patient, calm and easy company. One family has had her back more than once to look after their father, who has several terminal diagnoses. She does the personal care, the cooking and the medication, and is happy working on her own.

Lily is calm and easy-going, with a good sense of fun. She has done full 24/7 care for older people, including people living with dementia: hoisting, medication, cooking, the lot. Families tell us she keeps people doing the things they enjoy, from music to time in the garden, and keeps the family in the picture.
