Who are we?
Lillyfields Live-in Care are a 24 hour Live-in Home Care provider operating across the East of England. We have a relatively small number of clients compared to other Live-in Care companies which lets us provide a single point of contact management service. If you need something from us you can pick up the phone and talk to someone you already know.
We have provided hourly Home Care for years within the local community and it was becoming clear people were increasingly choosing to stay in their own homes rather than move to a Care Home. After we were asked by multiple clients if we could provide Live-in Care we decided to set-up our sister company Lillyfields Live-in Care.
Your personal Carer lives in your home, for an agreed period of time and helps with as many aspects of life as required, one of the biggest benefits of a Live-in Carer is them simply taking over the running of the household, this takes huge amount of pressure off the service user and enables them to enjoy more important aspects of their life.

We always send a Care Manager to the meet the Client and Family before beginning the service, all free of charge or obligation. That Care Manager will be your single point of contact throughout our service with you. And, with our large team of fully vetted and experienced Live-in Carers across the UK we ensure you are never without cover.

Our carers are trained in Dementia Care, Moving & Handling and have all the other core requirements for being full-time carer. We are also able to provide more specialist care services for people that have higher dependency needs. All of our carers & clients have acess to a 24/7 out-of-hours emergancy number.
PAYG.
Unlike other Live-in Care providers, we do not try and tie our clients into lengthy contracts, you pay for the service you use and no more than that. We use a pay as you go (PAYG) model so that our clients are never over charged and can stop using our services at any time with no fear of being penalised.
